Guest Support Officer | The Star Brisbane As a Guest Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in promoting safer gambling practices and supporting our guests in making informed choices. Reporting to the Safer Gambling Duty Manager, you’ll provide empathetic assistance to guests experiencing gambling-related challenges, conduct welfare checks, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance safety and awareness. You’ll also guide self-excluded guests toward professional support services such as gambling treatment and financial counselling.
